Wedding season is here again. This means multiple trips to boutiques and markets to get the perfect look.
For this, many of us look to the social media handles of celebrities for inspiration. After all, they have access to some of the best designers and makeup artists in the country.
To find wedding inspiration and create a budget-friendly version, there’s no better place than a star’s social media accounts.
But these days, Bollywood celebrities seem to be running out of ideas, too.
Everyone looks alike, including Katrina-Vicky, Alia-Ranbir, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s wedding yesterday.

After copying movies, I can’t help but feel that now Bollywood is also starting to copy wedding looks without wanting to do anything different.
If you take a photo of all these couples’ weddings side by side, you’ll notice how similar they are. They seem to have decided to match their looks.
Because it started to look the same in pictures.

These days, all celebrity wedding photos look the same: beige or pastel pink outfits and similar poses.
And somehow they always have photos ready to be released within minutes after the ceremony is over.
Meanwhile, we have to wait months to even get a sneak peek at our own wedding photos and videos.

When it comes to wedding attire, beige is the new red.
Peach, pastel pink and beige — these are the colors couples choose for their lehenga, saree and sherwani. Brides are opting for a more subdued nude color palette to make it look like a “simple and low-key wedding,” while guests are sipping the finest booze at the most luxurious and expensive destinations.
Ironic, isn’t it?

If I suggested from afar that I wanted an off-white wedding lehenga in subdued colors, my mother would give me a death stare until I walked towards the nearest bright lehenga. “It’s a wedding, not a funeral” She will say
In fact, the lehengas worn by celebrities on a regular day at various events look more festive than their own wedding attire.
Bollywood couples such as Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif all pose in a similar fashion for their wedding photo shoots.
Surely every photographer kitty has a few common poses they ask every couple to do.
However, when you add in a similar color palette and the fact that most of these photos were taken during golden hour for optimal lighting, they tend to look pretty much the same.

Look lovingly at each other, laugh at the pandits, and face each other at just the right angle so that the setting sun peeks through a small gap. Literally every celebrity wedding photo shoot has these photos, especially those posted on social media shortly after the wedding.

We’ve spent our entire lives listening to our parents and relatives talk about the troubles of booking banquet halls and hotels for their weddings.
Today everyone wants open air get on for Philas because, “Photo Aria ni Chahiye! (The photo should be good)”
As if the remake wasn’t enough, Bollywood has also lost its originality when it comes to planning its own weddings.
